All Sales Are Final

All ticket purchases for iEventGenie Sports events, including but not limited to Wimbledon 2026 VIP Experience, FIFA World Cup 26™, and ICC T20 World Cup 2026 packages, are final and non-refundable. This policy applies to all payment methods including credit card, check, and Zelle.

No Refunds Policy

Once a purchase is completed, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances, including but not limited to:

• Change of travel plans or inability to attend
• Visa, passport, or travel document issues
• Medical reasons or health emergencies
• Weather conditions or natural events
• Personal or family emergencies
• Work or scheduling conflicts
• Event cancellation by organizers (credit may be issued at iEventGenie's sole discretion)

No Exchanges

Tickets and packages cannot be exchanged for other events, dates, or package types. Each purchase is specific to the event and dates selected at the time of purchase.

Event Changes

iEventGenie reserves the right to modify event itineraries, accommodations, transportation, or other package components due to circumstances beyond our control. Such changes do not entitle purchasers to refunds or compensation.

Travel Insurance Recommendation

We strongly recommend that all attendees purchase comprehensive travel insurance that covers trip cancellation, medical emergencies, and other unforeseen circumstances. iEventGenie is not responsible for any losses not covered by your travel insurance.
